Proud of my home state

The LA Times is reporting that state legislators are pushing for a corporate three-strikes law. Any company convicted of three felonies will be prohibited from doing business within the state. The legislators complain that current corporate laws do not adequately punish corporations; the three-strikes paradigm seems to have caught the ears of voters as well. Now that is justice!
